Dawn has extensive experience in the finance and investment sector and oversees the day to day operations of the Investment Team.

Senior Funds Manager - Investment Team

Andre has been with RMBL for over 31 years and is RMBL’s Senior Funds Manager.

Andre’s role as Senior Funds Manager involves liaising with current and potential Members of the RMBL Scheme and attending to their investment requirements.

Alex Courtney LLB.B.Sc

Senior Operating Officer

Alex is RMBL’s Senior Operating Officer and is involved in all operational matters affecting the Scheme, as well as ensuring the compliance obligations of the business are maintained.

Surinder Gurdial BA.(Hons), Barrister-at-Law (Lincoln's Inn)

Director / Chief Operating Officer

Surinder is a Director and RMBL’s Chief Operating Officer. He is responsible for the day to day operational matters affecting the Scheme including liaising with Borrowers regarding their finance requirements, and Members in relation to the Scheme.

Surinder also liaises with RMBL’s Panel Valuers, and other external service providers of RMBL.

Surinder has extensive experience in putting together loan transactions, managing construction, subdivision and development projects and handling joint ventures in property development matters.

Bruce Fletcher LLB

Director / Compliance

As well as being a director of RMBL, Bruce is also the Scheme’s Senior Compliance Officer and is responsible for ensuring that all compliance obligations are met in relation to RMBL’s AFS Licence, Compliance Plan and Constitution.

Bruce has extensive experience in property, business and finance law.

Colin Madden LLB., B. Comm

Chairman

Colin is a hands on director involved in all matters affecting the RMBL Scheme including liaising with Borrowers regarding their finance requirements, and dealing with Members in relation to the Scheme.

Colin has expertise in lending across all states and territories of Australia and dealing with construction, development and subdivision finance.
